Shu Yong – UV & Plasma Solutions Engineer

As a key member of the technical department, Shu Yong has 8 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and automation engineering. He is directly involved in the design, installation, and optimization of UV and Plasma systems across a wide range of manufacturing industries.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Design and fine-tune UV LED curing systems based on each customer’s technical requirements.

• Integrate UV curing machines into automated production lines with high stability.

• Inspect, measure, and evaluate UV irradiation performance using professional UV meters.

• Perform periodic maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize on-site operational performance.

Experience & Expertise:

• Participated in more than 200 projects in electronics, optical components, printing, and industrial manufacturing.

• Extensive experience in adhesion evaluation, UV intensity analysis, and optimization of UV curing processes in production.
